My favorite aspect of this curriculum is that every weekly topic, in both social studies and science, kept my boys interest. I worked full time while homeschooling my sons and this enrichment curriculum was a lifesaver and really helped guide me when I didn’t always have the time to find subject material for us to study. Discussion points, and topics are laid out for you for 34 weeks, and it’s very easy to follow. At the beginning of the book, and throughout, they give a format to follow for each subject and prompting questions to ask in the areas of art, music, science, social studies, and poetry. This was extremely helpful for me and took the stress out of weekly planning. Much of what we studied or needed in our enrichment text we supplemented from our local library (all the weekly reading books, and science books).
