Do you know of a place where you can go and connect with other homeschool families, be inspired by the great minds of classical education, and leave completely equipped to lead your family in a successful school year? The 2017 Sodalitas Gathering presented by Memoria Press promises to do just that. It includes everything from plenary sessions focusing on the big topics of classical education to breakout sessions focusing on more specific needs. This year’s gathering will be a wonderful time spent with other like-minded homeschoolers talking about struggles and successes, and offering tips!
Topics of discussion will include:
- Teaching Math and Science
- Beginners Guides to Teaching Latin
- Schooling Through Suffering
- Memoria Press Online Academy
- Progressing through Classical Composition
- and More!
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday. We encourage you to spend your evenings connecting with like-minded parents, getting to know each other deeper.
For those arriving in Lousiville Sunday evening, there will be a group of people gathering at MiMi’s Cafe for dinner and a time to connect before Sodalitas Gathering begins. Dinner will be at 6:00 p.m. in the Garden Room and it is dutch-treat. Mimi’s will be extending a 20% discount on all appetizers.
