Rod & Staff Math Grade 2 Blossom & Bee Poster Set

The introduction of addition and subtraction changes in second grade from fact families to triplets. The blossom charts are the perfect classroom visual of these triplets. Each clover blossom has a sum in its center. Every bee has two addends on its wings.  As a triplet is taught, a bee is added to the blossom.  Using the blossom charts as a reference, all math lessons begin by recitation of the triplets.
