Simply amazing! The amount of knowledge they get from this. My students were not in love with this at the beginning….my daughter quickly started LOVING it, and my son, although he didn’t fall in love with this did appreciate what he was learning and that it helped him in other subjects.

This is such an amazing set! My kids have loved reading these stories and learning about the adventures of these characters. It captured their attention quickly though it can be difficult to keep everything straight. The flashcards help with that, as do the reading notes section at the beginning of each lesson. I can’t say enough about D’Aulaires book either. It is written simply and in a straight forward manner, and the illustrations are incredibly rich and well planned.
