• If more than one class time is listed, your student has the option of attending one or the other.
• We do our very best to ensure that the teachers and times listed stay the same. However, sometimes a change needs to be made because of the teacher's schedule at Highlands Latin School, or for other reasons. If at any point there is an instructor or time change, we will give you plenty of notice and allow you to make any necessary changes.
• The grade suggestions below are simply general guidelines that are flexible. Very often, students are more or less advanced depending on individual background.
  
• Courses/Sections that do not meet minimum enrollment (usually 10 students) may be cancelled with a full refund issued.
• All class times last 1 hour and 15 minutes and meet once per week. The exceptions to this are:
  
  • Most Classical Composition courses meet twice per week for two 50 minute sessions.
  • Mathematics courses are 1 hour and 50 minutes long, and Geometry meets twice per week.
    
  • Courses seeking Advanced Placment approval (designated by +) meet twice per week for two 50 minute sessions.
