Description:
This second Henle Latin course is a course for
students wanting to extend their Latin knowledge in the
basics. A one-year course.
Suggested Age: Grades 6-9
Required Course Texts: Latin: First Year, and Grammar by Robert J. Henle; Henle Guide I (for units III-V), by Cheryl Lowe (not included in price of the course)
Prerequisites: Completion of Middle School Latin I
Content Covered: Units 3-5 of Henle: All four Latin verb conjugations, active and passive, in their present, imperfect, and future tenses. Possessive adjectives and various forms of the ablative case will also be studied. Short readings covering Roman and Christian history.
Class Chat Times: Tuesday 6:30 pm or Wednesday 4:15 pm EST
Estimated Workload: 30-40 min./day
