Description:
An introduction to Christian Latin for middle and
high school students that takes a more logical, systematic
approach than Latina Christiana, and more grammatical, less
translation-oriented approach than Henle. Grammar is taught
systematically in order to facilitate retention and understanding,
and the extensive workbook exercises ensure skills mastery
and rapid recognition. A one-year course.
Suggested Age: Grades 6-9
Required Course Texts: First
Form Latin Text & Student Workbook (not included in price of the course). The First Form Latin Pronunciation CD would also be helpful. If parents would like to follow along with their students, they can order the First Form Latin Teacher Manual as well.
Content Covered: Nouns and adjectives in
all declensions as well as present system and perfect system
of verbs in the first two conjugations. Over 180 Latin vocabulary
words.
Class Chat Time: Tues. 4:00 pm, Thurs. 11:00 am, or Thurs. 2:45 pm EST (Students will only attend 1 chat time.)

the year constitutes a full year high school credit.
