Enrollment Instructions

Initially, before you enroll you will need to create a User Account with Memoria Press Online Classical Academy. To do this, click the Log-In button above. Next, you will need to click the "Create New Account" tab, enter the requested information (e.g. username and password), then click "Create My New Account." Please note, in the fields where it asks for the first and last name on the User Account, this will need to be the name of the student who is actually participating in the course. Also, if you are setting up several accounts for different students, each student that will be registering for a course will need to have their own Username, Password, Email address, etc.

Finally, once you have set-up your User Account and have logged-in, this will take you to the main "inside" page. From here you can view all of the course selections for the semester.

From the Classes page, you can view the different courses offered. Simply click on the title of the class and you will be led through the payment process via PayPal. Note that you do not have to be a registered PayPal user to purchase a course. Once you select the course that you would like to take, you will need to initially click on the tab that says, "Send Payment Via Paypal," and then it will give you an option on the left to make a one-time payment with your credit/debit card without using Paypal. Classes are purchased by semester, so be aware that you will pay separately for the fall and spring semesters.

Because of busy schedules and potential conflicts with the class times, some people may find that they have to drop a class. You may drop a class up to 30 days before the beginning of a term with no drop fee. There will be a $50 fee to drop a class if you drop it less than 30 days before the first day of the term. Students who drop a class after the 2nd week of the class term will owe the entire fee for the course.

Chat times for most classes will be published at the beginning of spring, and most classes will have multiple chat times to provide you with the greatest degree of flexibility. Memoria Press may cancel courses with fewer than ten students.

Note: Technical requirements for our courses are minimal. The only things required are an Internet connection and a Web browser. If you can see this page, your computer meets the requirements for the courses.
