The Online Classical Academy does not have its own faith statement,
but we do adhere to the fundamental beliefs of the historic Christian tradition,
which are well-summarized in the ecumenical creeds of Christianity,
most straightforwardly in the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed.
These are the beliefs to which our staff members are expected to adhere
and which online families can expect to be assumed, freely articulated,
and defended by our instructors. We do not require that students explicitly adhere
to these same statements, but we do expect them to at least understand
and respect these beliefs when they hear them.
