Default Marking vowels

When does Latina Christiana start marking the vowels? I'm wondering why it doesn't mark them. Any information would really help.

Sincerely,
Christine

Christine,

What do you mean by "marking the vowels"? If you mean the macrons over some vowels, Christian Latin does not use these. In fact, these were not used in classical or medieval Latin. They are useful in the study of Latin poetry and can be helpful in some identifying the grammar of some Latin constructions, but they are not used in Christian Latin even in the modern study of it.
