Hello!
I'm new to Memoria Press and I have a Latin question. I have a rising 6th grader that has minimal Latin exposure. We are looking down the road at a middle school co-op that we are considering. This co-op will be using Henle I in 7th grade. What can I do to help prepare my dd for Henle I? She has really enjoyed the Latin she has done so far. Thanks in advance for your advice! |

Before the First Form series, it was suggested to do Latina Christina I and II then Henle. I think as long as your daughter has covered roughly the same material as those two programs, she should be fine.
If you can squeeze in First Form, that might be a better choice than 2 programs as my understanding is First Form covers pretty much the same material and more than Latina I and II.

Great! I was leaning towards First Form. I had planned to start working on whichever curriculum we selected this summer. I figured that could only help her transition to Henle.
Thanks for your help!!! |
