Beta question

I recently placed an order for supplies for the upcoming school year from another site (I needed other non-Memoria items). It looks like I received beta for some of the the sets. I am concerned because one set has the final copy of the student guides, but the beta for the instructor guide. I haven't done a full comparison, but I imagine there are likely some changes between the versions.

I know if I had ordered beta versions directly from Memoria they would be replaced with the final copies when available, but what about items that have been purchased through an (I assume) authorized retailer? The next time I will definitely skip the hassle and just order direct.
