Default First Form Latin DVD

Hello,

Our DVD for FF Latin has an odd error. On Disc 2, there is an error in the way the titles of the lesson segments coorelate to the actual taught lessons. From the DVD menu, the error looks like this:

Menu 16 = lesson 16

Menu 17 = lesson 16

Menu 18 = lesson 17

Menu 19 = lesson 18

(continues)

Menu 25 = lesson 24..... and lesson 25 (eventually)

Menu 26 = lesson 26

(continues)

Hope that is an adequate description of the problem!

You are right about this, and I apologize for the confusion. We are correcting it for the next replication. I hope it hasn't caused you too much trouble!

Regards,

Tanya Charlton

I wouldn't say "trouble", just a bit of a nail biter until I figured out where lesson 25 was located. Inserting the DVD into my computer helped me see the locations of the lessons more clearly.

FYI, this DVD is worth 10X the actual price. I have learned more Latin in only 21 lessons of FF/DVD combo than in 7 years of going it alone with 5-6 other Latin programs, LC included. It's rare that curriculum boasts are even close to reality. In the case of FF, they are understated.

Huge fan!

Jen,

I'm glad we haven't caused you terrible frustration! And I appreciate your kind comments about FF. I'm going to post them on our website if that is okay with you. I'll also pass them along to Glen in India! They will brighten his day.

Cheers,

Tanya

Yes, *do* pass along my compliments to Glen. Watching his DVD segments are the highlight of my year. He's got the right combination of seriousness and "nerd humor" that tickles me. Tell him that I want his autograph.
