Default Latina Christiana 1 2nd Ed vs. 3rd Ed

I own the 2nd Edition of Latina Christiana I. I like the changes in the 3rd Ed. Teacher's Manual and would like to purchase it. Are the student book and DVD changed or compatible between the editions? How about the flashcards?
