I was looking through the Teacher Guide in preparation for planning this year and I discovered that there were some things missing: pages 292-294 are mostly blank, there are no answers for the Final - Third Term, there is only one midterm after Book Three, and there is no Final - Second Term. I would appreciate any information about getting these corrections.

There is also an incomplete question on the Book Three Quiz and two of the quizzes have incorrect headings: Book 13 (Book 12 in the heading) and Book 17 (Book 16 in the heading).

These are known issues, and the author has been working on that book all summer. We actually had an issue with a corrupt file that really slowed us down.
