Default Question about the 6th Grade Package

The 6th grade package has a book called "The Story of the Thirteen Colonies and the Great Republic H.A. Guerber
Beta! Grades 5-8"

Is the text only included in the 6th grade package, or does the package include all that is below...

Add to Cart Set (Text + Student + Teacher) $39.95
Add to Cart Text $16.95
Add to Cart Student Guide $17.95
Add to Cart Teacher Manual $17.95

When I click to add items individually from the 6th grade package, only the text comes up...But I am thinking you would need all three of the books above to complete the course...

Also, is the 6th grade package still in beta and going through any changes?...Will there be a price increase in the near future :-)

Thanks so much in advance...

Autumn Oak,

Our students read Guerber in 6th grade while doing 200 Questions About American History as there is not enough time to do both guides. However, if you wanted to spend more time on American History, you could add the Guerber Study Guides.

As far as changes to the 6th grade package, we do have a 6th-grade teacher working over the summer. We are making changes to science, as well as some other minor adjustments. There will not be any major content changes (or any price increases), so if you want to purchase the package now to begin lesson planning, you could definitely do that. We will replace any beta copies with final ones once they are available.

I thought the new Guerber guide was going to be scheduled out in the new version of the plans alongside the 200 Questions.

Enigma,

We were not planning on scheduling out the Guerber guide in the new plans. The main reason, as I said, is simply a lack of time. We are going to include select chapters from Story of the World: Vol. 4 to cover the history of the 20th century (something Guerber, of course, couldn't cover), so we don't want to overload our students.

I hope this helps!
