Does anyone have a nice form for record keeping to share? If not, what do you use to keep track of everything for state requirements, transcripts, or just general record/grade keeping? Thank you!

we don't have any state requirements but for my own piece of mind and, in case we move to a stricter state, I am planning to use Home school tracker (homeschooltracker.com). There is a free version, an online version or a paid-download-to-your-computer version. I've read reviews that it's more complicated than some people want or can handle (computer-wise). I happen to be pretty good with software so that doesn't concern me. I really love all the things you can track and make reports about.
There are a bunch though. Mostly seems to depend on how much you want it to do.Some people just use a day planner or even make an excel sheet |

I made my own using Open Office word processor and Excel. I don't have to keep any records but I do for me. It is a good feeling to look back and see what we have accomplished.
