Shipping
Hello,
I ordered the 2nd grade study guide for Mr. Popper's Penguins last Sunday, checked the link to status update on Monday and it showed that it was at the warehouse, the status update has not changed since. How do I know if my order has shipped? How long does it usually take to receive MP products after they are ordered? Thanks, Vanessa

Thank you for your concern regarding your order. It looks like your order was shipped on Wednesday, April 6th via US Bookrate (media mail) and the status you are seeing is the back-ordered Mr. Popper's Penguins novel only. The rest of your order has shipped. We expect the novels to be in the first part of this week and will be able to ship the balance of your order shortly. I apologize for any confusion.
