Exclamation First Year Henle grammar card#57

The study guide for units 3-5 says that on grammar card #57 the front should say 'Four principal parts of the fourth conjugation' and the back 'The endings of the four principal parts of verbs in the fourth declension are :-io,-ere',-i ,-us(audio, audire, audivi, auditus),although the third declension contains many irregular forms'.
Shouldn't declension be conjugation? And third be fourth?
Thanks,
Luke
