I am sorry if this is a silly question, but what is SRA phonics? I have looked in my catalog and online and I can't find it.
Does SRA stand for supplemental read-aloud? That's all I have been able to come up with! Thanks in advance for helping this newbie! Dawn |

Dawn,
This is not a silly question. SRA is a phonics program published by McGraw-Hill. We use it as a supplement to our phonics program. It is just worksheets of extra practice. We continue to use SRA through 2nd grade because we believe students continue to need phonics practice. You can see the books on McGraw-Hill's website or on Amazon. We have SRA1 included in our packaged curriculum for K and will have SRA2-3 included in our 1st-2nd grade packages. Regards, Tanya Charlton |
