First Form Latin Question

Is this appropriate for a 5th grader? He has done some Latin (half of Lively Latin 1). How teacher intensive is this? Elmeryl

Hello.

First Form is definitely appropriate for a fifth grader. It will solidify the Latin grammar he knows as well as introduce new material in an orderly manner. The workbook has 4-5 pages of exercises for each lesson that will provide review as well as facilitating mastery of new material.

We will eventually have 4 forms, a complete Latin grammar. After 4 years, your child should be ready for an actual translation course, such as Henle II.

Our goal with First Form is to help students master Latin and then put it to use.
