I am currently taking your Traditional logic 1 book and I had a question. Here we go.
Technically the definition of the Middle term is "the term that is not in the conclusion" So how could the Middle term occur in the conclusion? Shouldn't the rule officially be "The Subject or Predicate term should not be in the premises more than once? Because the middle term could never possibly occur in the conclusion.
