Are the student books different in the 2nd and 3rd editions. I mean, can you use a 2nd edition student book with a 3rd edition teacher book? Thanks to anyone who can answer. I posted this before with no reply so I hope someone can help.

You can use the 2nd edition student with the 3rd edition teacher. You will probably have a few problems such as inconsistent page numbering and a few missing extras in the student book. However, you can still work around these issues with a little effort.
If you decide you want a new student book, they are only $15 and are available here: http://memoriapress.com/descriptions/Latina1.html

Actually, what I have is the Second Edition TM and I need the 3rd... Are they exchangable (with an added fee) too or just the student books? I thought I had read something on the site about this a short time ago...trading in for updated editions...
Thanks.

We did have an exchange program for the Prima Latina program but not for Latina Christiana. However, if you want to mail your Latina Christiana I Teacher Manual to us with a check for $13, I will be happy to exchange it for a 3rd edition copy. Mail it to:

Do you still offer the PL exchange? I bought the PL when it was fresh off the press, along with LC I and am now just ready to use it (my 1st grader at the time was not ready for it) I was going to buy the DVDs and am concerened that the older copies of PL & LC I will not work with them.

If you have a first edition copy of PL that is unused, we will still exchange it for a second edition. Just send us an email to magster AT memoriapress.com. I believe the exchange price id $13 for the whole set.
