This is our first year with Latina Christiana I (my daughter is a sixth grader) and I was wondering how some of you work the history lessons from Famous Men of Rome into your daily/weekly Latin lessons. We are using Sonlight, so we school Monday through Thursday and I have modified the suggested weekly schedule as follows:

Day One - Teach complete lesson as given in lesson plan
Day Two - Student drills with CD exercise form and reads and answers history questions
Day Three - Complete written exercises
Day Four - Quiz, games, review

If Test 1 has history questions from Chapter 1-2, how much history do you cover each week? Test 2 covers Chapters 3-5, so how is that broken up into weekly lessons? In an ideal world, there would be a chapter for each week, the tests would be on five chapters each, and it would be obvious to me how to proceed - ie. one chapter per week and the tests would each cover the material studied in the prior five weeks!

Thanks in advance!
