LC 1 How to use Grammar Forms sheet?

I don't understand the use of the Grammar Forms sheet on the CD Exercise Drill page. For Lesson 1, do they only write the forms for amo or do they write the grammar forms for all the verbs? If they are supposed to write all the verbs, how do I know if it was done correctly? (No prior Latin experience)
