Where is the grammar help?

I was looking for the grammar help referenced to in LC 1 on the bottom of page 36. When I type in the address given it says the page is unavailable.

Is there still a help page to explain the idea of declensions and cases? DS and I sure could use it! I had some Greek in college but that was years back and it's all very fuzzy now!

Dear Angela,
I'd be happy to chat with you about this concept. It's really not so tough. Your fuzzy Greek will come right back after hearing it. I have carpel tunnel syndrome and some trouble typing without pain. I'd be happy to explain it on the phone if you want to chat quickly on the phone.
