LC I Certificate

I've tried to follow the procedure detailed in LCI for obtaining a "certificate of achievement. When I put in the web address http://www.memoriapress.com/CLSA I only get a "parse" error message. Does anyone know how I might obtain one of these certificates?

We just updated our server, and it caused a glitch on the CLSA page. I think I have fixed the error. Thanks for your post.
