LCII-Continue with Exercise/Drill Forms?

Do students continue to use the CD Exercise Form/Vocabulary Drill Forms from LC I when doing LC II? The Teacher's Edition doesn't have this form, though the instructions say to continue as in LC I. Do we continue with this form as well? Thanks, LeeAnne
