Prima Latina: Resonet in Laudibus lyrics and translation

Review lesson 4 in Prima Latina asks that we sing the refrain for "Resonet in Laudibus" with the CD. Write the Latin words once and translate. Where can I find the Latin words and translation? The only clue I get is on page 98, it says Gaudete--Rejoice! There is no answer to this question in the Teacher Guide.
