Cursive copybook sample pages

I was excited to read in the new Classical Teacher magazine/catalog that MP is now offering a cursive copybook. The catalog reported that we can find sample pages on-line. However, I don't see them posted yet. When will the samples be posted? When will the book be available for purchase? Is the curisve copybook substantially different from the Copybook I in manuscript? Different quotes? Different formatting? What is the height of the writing lines?
