Testing for Traditional Logic

Anybody doing quizzes and/or tests for Traditional Logic?

Since the exercises are open book, how do I know my daughter is remembering everything? And how do I know she really understands what she's reading?

If you do quizzes/tests, how do you go about it?

And what are some alternative means to meet the need?

I definitely would stop doing them all open book. How will she ever be forced to really absorb the material if she can simple reference the text. This kind of thing needs memorization and understanding.

I write my own quizzes for the lessons, focusing on conceptual understanding. I've attached my quiz for lesson one. It has some material that I've added to the text, but I hope it helps.
