age for beginning prima latina

Hello

I will have a fourht grader in LC I and a second grader who will finish prima latina this year. My question is I also have a young first grader who I'm not sure would be ready to all out start prima latina. However, she has an excellent memory and can memorize any thing. Can I let her go through prima Latina with my 2nd grader and I memorizing the prayers and vocabulary. Or could she even do the workbook orally with us and then begin LCI next year?
What do you think? :)

I had a very young first grader do PL and LC1 last year. But he was reading very, very well when we started and had learned all the parts of speech with First Language Lessons already. He did most of the work orally, but he learned all of the vocab, prayers, grammar, etc.

So it's certainly *possible*. ... I'd just give it a try, and drop it if it's not working out...
