View Full Version : Henle Latin high school units question

If it takes us four years to get through levels one and two of Henle, would that count as two or four units for high school? Thanks in advance for your response!

Heatherduff,

I believe that you can claim at least three credits/units, regardless of how long it takes to get through Henle I and II. Henle I counts as two credits and Henle II as one credit. The reason I say this is because Mother of Divine Grace School, which is an accredited school, awards two credits for Henle I. That Henle II gets at least one credit is obvious.

My son is almost finished with Unit III in Henle I. I have been trying to see about placing him in teh on-line course with Henle I. I need some direction. Please help me.

Our Middle School Latin II online class is getting ready to finish Unit III. This semester, they will cover units 4-5. Were you looking for a class for your son to join now? If so, the class is still open for enrollment.

Yes, I am looking for a class my son can join. When will the class begin?

He has three lessons in unit iii to complete. Does the class you are talking about do every exercise? He could do the essential exercises or odds, etc. to begin with the next session.

Also, when does teh class end?

I am trying to register using the same username and password for this forum. Is that the correct method? I cannot get passed that registration, but have no trouble here.

The chats are Mon. at 12:30 or Wed. at 12:40 est. I looked at the syllabus online, and it looks like they are on lesson 14 this week, so I think this class would be perfect for your student. You need to set up a new user name and password for the online academy. Then, you can enroll in the class. If you have any trouble, email our help desk at: help@memoriapress.com. Hilary will gladly help you. It looks like finals are the last week in May. Once you are in the system, you can look at the syllabus.
