Public and Homeschooled?

I am considering the combination of public and homeschooled? My kids love sports as well as academics and I feel that they can have the best of both worlds this way. Has anybody taken this route?:confused:

we have not done this....last summer at the Phoenix homeschool convention, one of the speakers made a comment that still convicts me....she said, "Why you homeschool will determine how you homeschool."

1 Corinthians 10:31 says, "Whether then, you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God."

Personally I would encourage you to seek out other local homeschool sports groups/leagues, where your children can play competitively AND where you can be encouraged by other homeschooling parents to "keep fighting the good fight." :D
