When will the Christian studies be available for purchase?

Also if I decide to just use the Teacher Manual with the Christian studies to do this program orally, will I have everything I need (besides the Bible)?

Are the teacher's manuals sufficient for instruction? What would be the benefit of owning both. Similarly, is there anything in the teachers's guide besides the solutions to the student questions? Helps, maps, ideas, etc? TIA
