Logic for Dummies

ok - my girls have taken Latina I & doing book II. I am intregued about the Traditional Logic courses. Does taking the Logic courses replace me buying English/Language arts books? Or is Logic considered "extra"?

Our logic courses are part of our language arts program. Since they are made up of the study of traditional logic, which is language based, rather than modern symbolic logic which is mathematical in orientation, there is no reason they cannot be considered to constitute an English course.
