Does anybody know of an on-line or home study Latin course? I'm currently teaching Latin to my fifth grader, and one other home-schooled 7th grader. They are flying through LC I , and I'm afraid I won't be able to stay ahead of them much longer! I'd love to take something over the summer to "get ahead,' and besides, I'm ready to move on! Any ideas? Thanks!!!

You can do one of two things...
1. Complete LC I yourself, and move on to Henle, or
2. Complete LC I & II and then move on to Henle
I completed LC I and almost all of LC II and then started in the Henle text.
I found the beginning to be mostly review, but it got more challenging as I moved further along in the text. Henle does such a wonderful job of teaching the Latin Grammar in "easily digestible" parts.
If you run into trouble, there is a wonderful online group of Henle users on yahoo.
HenleLatin@yahoogroups.com
If I were you, I would keep going in LC I, and finish it ahead of your students.
I would also move through LC II at a quick pace, so that you will be familiar w/the material before your students. Henle is the most natural next step after LC.
