Traditional Logic II: Chapter 15, Review

Hello, I am having an issue with problem 7 in the Chapter 15 Review of Traditional Logic II. It is the passage from Trolius and Cressida by Shakespeare. I am supposed to find what syllogism it is and put it in proper logical form. I cannot, for the life of me, find out if it is a syllogism at all! It is a nice speech and everything, but it doesn't really make sense to me. Any help? Thank you.
