Do the pronunciation CDs for PL and LCI overlap? I have LCI already and was wondering if I could use it for PL?

No, but maybe "yes", depending on how you use them? :)
The vocabulary is not presented in exactly the same order. You couldn't pull out the LC1 CD and listen to a portion and cover the words in a PL lesson.
That said, if all you want is to know the proper pronunciation for words to teach your children, nearly all of the words covered in PL are also covered in LC1, so if you've taught LC1, you won't find anything new or scary in PL. We only ever used the PL for occasional review in the car, and I didn't buy the LC1 CD at all. (Obviously, we don't do the CD exercises, but use other methods for learning and cementing vocabulary.)
But if you want to have your kids listen to the CD lesson a few times each week to practice vocab, you'll nead to get the PL CD. Conveniently, they're pretty cheap.
