In TLI, lesson four, day 2, problem 18, the answer key says that the sentence 'Where in the world is Carmen San Diego?' is a proposition. But I thought questions, commands, exclamations, and greetings were not propositions, and 'Where in the world is Carmen San Diego?' is clearly a question. Am I missing something here? I'm really confused...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Thank you very much for the post. "Where in the world is Carmen San Diego?" is not a proposition, and we have noted this change in the key. Sorry for the confusion!
